As of December 2021, SRO NFA has 218 Full members and 17 Associate members.

SRO NFA provides practical assistance to its members in the following matters:

• in the application of basic standards, internal standards of SRO NFA (for professional activities, for organizing risk management processes, preventing conflicts of interest, etc.);
• in the development of the internal documentation base of organizations - members of the SRO NFA under the requirements of newly adopted regulatory documents, including internal and accounting, reporting system, internal control;
• in the continuous training and retraining of employees of organizations-members of SRO NFA, including the passing of exams to obtain qualification certificates;
• in obtaining a license for a professional participant in the securities market, including advice and assistance in preparing documents for licensing;
• in addressing the organization of work of internal control services, risk management, etc. following the requirements of legislative acts;
• in the formation and verification of reports provided by member organizations of the SRO NFA, including assistance in preparing reports at the level of requirements of regulatory documents of the financial market regulator and SRO NFA standards.

Members of SRO NFA can participate:

• in working interaction with legislative and executive authorities (Bank of Russia, State Duma and Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Finance of Russia, Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, etc.);
• in the framework of the councils and committees of the SRO NFA, in the work to improve legislation in the interests of business development of organizations - members of the Association;
• in the most promising projects of the financial market, as well as in obtaining information about them;
• in SRO NFA events - forums, conferences, meetings, clubs, working groups (on favourable terms);
• in professional events of organizations - partners of the PFA (on preferential terms);
• in training seminars SRO NFA and partner organizations on current issues of the financial market (including the issuance of certificates).

SRO NFA protects the interests of its members:

• in the work of organizations - members of the SRO NFA with regulatory authorities, contractors and customers;
• through the examination of conflict situations and preparation of expert opinions on them;
• through direct interaction of SRO NFA with regulatory authorities, appeals of SRO NFA to public authorities.

Informational and analytical support of SRO NFA:

• on the topics of the financial market (including all major financial market benchmarks MosPrime, RUONIA, ROISFIX, NFEA FX SWAP RATE and RUREPO, SRO NFA Fixing, etc.);
• providing information on all topics relevant to market participants at events and the SRO NFA website and in newsletters to participants;
• oral and written consultations upon requests to the SRO NFA (including involvement of third-party organizations and discussions with regulatory authorities);
• posting information about the participant, his events and personalities on the websites and in the bulletin of the SRO NFA;
• PR of the participant and his services at events, SRO NFA website and in the media.
